Position: Delivery Driver
Requirements: 18 years of age, current car insurance, no more than 2 moving violations in the past 36 months.
Responsibilities: Delivering the product in a timely and professional manner, providing customer service while in the store, assisting co-workers in the restaurant while not on a delivery, and distributing door hangers daily. Drivers are often the only visual point of contact for our customers, and it is required drivers appearance is professional and their vehicle kept clean.


Position: Counter
Requirements: Positive, friendly attitude, be a people person, good cash handling skills, attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Greeting our customers as they come in, serving slices and salads, taking pizza orders, prep work and maintaining cleanliness at the front counter and in the dining room, answering customer inquiries, communication between the front of house and kitchen.
Position: Kitchen
Requirements: Be fun to work with, and a hard worker, have a Good attitude, and attention to detail is a plus! Current Food Handler's Card is necessary.
Responsibilities: Making our awesome product, tossing dough, food prep work, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and restaurant.


Position: Opening Manager
Job Summary: The Opening Manager is the most senior position in the restaurant until the Manager in Charge arrives later in the shift, just prior to the restaurant opening for lunch. The Opening Manager is responsible for identifying, managing and completing all tasks required to prepare the restaurant for opening. Consequently, leadership and management skills are paramount. It is essential that the Opening Manager be able to prioritize, communicate, delegate, and otherwise take the actions necessary to put a crew to work and keep them on task and working efficiently. The ability to identify potential problems, think on your feet, and remain calm and positive under pressure are also essential. While exemplary kitchen skills and experience are critical, it is essential that the Opening Manager be able to take responsibility for the whole restaurant, including the front of house, and be able to think and manage beyond the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the general preparedness of the restaurant to open including the kitchen, front of the house, restrooms and other key areas.
  • Establish and implement the shift plan for the morning to insure the restaurant is ready to open at 11AM
  • Assign prep, cleaning and other tasks for the morning
  • Assess and prioritize daytime tickets
  • Prepare lunchtime tills
  • Checking and receiving morning supplier deliveries
  • Communication with the Zeeks call center and broader organization as a whole as necessary when problems arise
  • Managing labor and phasing staff as necessary
  • Overseeing staff and maintaining sense of urgency during shift
  • Apprising Manager in Charge of the "State of the UnionÓ upon Manager's arrival and handing over leadership to Manager
  • Opening Manager assumes the role of Kitchen Lead after arrival of Manager in Charge
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years kitchen experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Proven organizational and managerial skills
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-standards
  • Ability to remain level-headed, think clearly and work productively under pressure
  • Pizza experience a plus


Position: Assistant Manager
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a busy kitchen supervising a staff of 5 to 20 employees
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a "Clean-as-you-go" kitchen
  • Positive approach to problem solving
  • Excellent trainer
Responsibilities:
  • Making awesome pizza & teaching others to do so
  • Food prep & managing rotation
  • Managing Inventory
  • Dough tossing and handling
  • Oven management
  • Cash Handling & Closing Paperwork
  • Labor management & employee schedules
  • Maintaining employee permits & paperwork


Position: General Manager
Requirements:
  • Two or more years of full-service restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience managing store operations with annual revenues exceeding $600,000
  • Overtly positive management style
Responsibilities:
  • Training and educating staff on expectations and policies
  • Communicating and delegating appropriate responsibilities to employees
  • Leading successful shifts
  • Applying uncompromising standards to the product we serve to our customers
  • Meeting operational goals and maintaining a profitable restaurant
  • Monitoring and managing store staffing levels and needs
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing direct feedback
